The terms that apply when you use this website or book travel through our telephone booking desk.

These terms govern your use of flyhelpcenter.org and the telephone booking service operated by FlyHelpCenter ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking through our desk, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We are an independent travel booking agent. We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised to act on behalf of any airline. We arrange and issue travel on your instruction using airline inventory. The contract of carriage for your flight is between you and the operating airline, and it is governed by that airline's own conditions of carriage and fare rules.
Airline names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify which carriers we can book.
We handle new flight reservations only. We do not service reservations after ticketing. Changes, cancellations, refunds, seat assignments, upgrades, baggage matters, special assistance and flight status are handled by the operating airline directly, using the contact details published on that airline's official website.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give the agent, in particular each traveller's name exactly as it appears on the travel document they will present. Airlines charge for name corrections, and some fares do not permit them at all. We read the details back to you before ticketing; once ticketed, correcting an error is subject to the airline's rules and any fees they impose.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, visas, transit permissions and any health documentation required for your itinerary. We are not able to verify these on your behalf and are not liable for a denied boarding arising from them.
Fares quoted are those available at the moment of the call. Airline fares and seat availability change continuously and a quoted fare is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued.
Some bookings carry a service fee for our time and for issuing the ticket. Where a fee applies, the agent states the full amount — airline fare plus our fee — before any payment is taken. You authorise the total by agreeing to it on the call. Our fee is separate from the airline's fare and is identified as such.
Payment is taken by card over the phone at the time of booking. By providing card details you confirm you are authorised to use that card. Charges may appear on your statement as one or more line items — the airline fare and our service fee may be billed separately.
Refunds of the airline fare are governed entirely by the fare rules of the ticket you purchased, and many fares are non-refundable. Our service fee is subject to our refund policy. We cannot override an airline's fare rules.
You may not use this site to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site is ours or our licensors' and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any airline or other supplier, including schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, overbooking, missed connections, lost or damaged baggage, or the airline's own insolvency. Our liability arising from our own booking service is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid us for the booking concerned.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or from inaccurate information you provided for a booking.
We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your booking, dated above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
