No account, no forms, no email address required to start. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you dial.
Dial (888) 217-8811. A live agent answers — no automated menu, no "press 1 for reservations". Tell them where you are flying from and to, roughly when, and how many people are travelling. That is enough to begin. You do not need dates fixed to the day, and you do not need traveller names yet.
If your trip is unusual — multiple cities, a pet, an unaccompanied minor, a group of nine — say so at the start. It changes which options the agent looks for.
The agent checks live availability across the airlines that fly your route and reads you what is genuinely bookable at that moment: carriers, departure and arrival times, connection details, cabin, and price. If a slightly different date or a nearby airport opens up a materially better option, they will tell you.
This part is a conversation. Ask about layover length, aircraft, baggage allowance, or whether a fare can be changed later — the agent has the fare rules in front of them and can read them to you.
When you pick an option, the agent states the full price out loud — the airline fare plus any service fee that applies to your booking. Nothing is charged until you have heard that total and agreed to it.
Traveller names and payment details are taken at that point, over the phone. The booking is ticketed during the call and the confirmation, with your ticket details, is emailed to you before the call ends. If it has not arrived by the time you are ready to hang up, stay on the line and the agent will check.
You are never obligated to book. Plenty of callers hear the options, thank the agent, and hang up to think about it. That is a normal call and it costs you nothing.
A straightforward round trip is usually a few minutes. Multi-city itineraries and group bookings take longer because there is more to compare and more to confirm. If yours is one of the longer ones, the agent will say so early rather than leave you guessing.
Your reservation lives with the airline that issued the ticket. Any change, cancellation, refund, seat assignment, baggage question, or flight status update after ticketing is handled by that airline directly, using the contact details on their official website and your confirmation number.
