What we do

FlyHelpCenter is a telephone-based travel booking service. When you call, an agent searches current availability across multiple airlines for the trip you describe, reads you the real options with prices and times, and — if you choose one — issues the ticket while you are still on the line.

We exist because flight search engines are good at showing you a grid and bad at handling anything unusual. Multi-city routings, groups travelling together, infants, pets in cabin, a departure in eleven hours, a fare that only makes sense if someone explains the fare rules out loud. Those are the bookings a person handles better than a form.

What we are not

• New flight reservations — domestic and international, one-way, round trip, and multi-city
• Group bookings — travellers on the same itinerary
• Complex itineraries — open-jaw routings, multiple carriers, tight connections
• Last-minute departures — where live availability matters more than a cached price

What this desk does not handle

We book new travel. We do not manage reservations that already exist, whether they were made with us or elsewhere. Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage claims, seat assignments, upgrades, and flight status all sit with the airline that holds your booking, and only they can act on those.

How we are paid

Some bookings carry a service fee for the agent's time and the ticketing. When one applies, the agent states the full amount — airline fare plus our fee — out loud before any payment details are taken. You are told the total before you agree to it, every time. There is no charge for calling, and no obligation to book.
